Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will assess clients, design and supervise individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising behavior technicians, tracking progress, and ensuring services meet ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
