Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services throughout Georgia. The role currently offers fully remote work with potential future hybrid options as regulations evolve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress. Qualified candidates hold GA licensure (or willingness to obtain) and a Master's degree in a related field,

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or in progress in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or willingness to obtain is required or preferred.
• ABA experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or willingness to obtain
