Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. The position is currently fully remote with potential future hybrid requirements as regulations evolve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress. You’ll operate in a supportive network with ongoing CEUs, clinical guidance, and resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Eligible for Georgia BCBA licensure or current certificant.
• Experience delivering ABA services, preferably with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
