BCBA Support Manager

Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a BCBA to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states, including conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

You will supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with caregivers, monitor progress, and ensure ethical clinical standards. The role offers a fully remote position with flexible scheduling and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
