Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote role serving children and families across Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position, with potential transition to a hybrid model in the future, with advance notice.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing ABA treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, monitoring progress, and coordinating with caregivers.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia licensure as a Behavior Analyst (or willing to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
