Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The role conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, supervises technicians, and collaborates with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Remote position now, with potential transition to hybrid as regulations evolve. Applicants must hold BCBA in good standing and pursue Georgia licensure; a master's in related field is preferred,

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Georgia licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
