Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The role is currently fully remote with potential future hybrid arrangements.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress. Georgia licensure or willingness to obtain is required; compensation is up to $93 per hour with

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
