Job summary

Unlocking The Spectrum LLC is seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team in Texas. This hybrid, independent contractor position allows BCBAs to work within a 75-mile radius of various locations, including Dallas/Ft. Worth. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising RBTs, and delivering telehealth services. Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Texas-based, residing within 75 miles of specified locations.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs working directly with clients.
• Deliver direct telehealth and in-home BCBA services.
