Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians.

This role offers a fully remote position with flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseloads, and licensure support through the LBA Expansion Program, plus a dedicated BCBA Success Manager to ensure clinical and professional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
