Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a BCBA to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The role may transition to hybrid as regulations evolve. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop plans, supervise technicians, and support families to achieve meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligibility for Georgia BCBA licensure (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
