Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients across Georgia. This fully remote role offers flexibility to work from home or from anywhere in the USA, with a potential future shift to hybrid as regulations evolve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia BCBA licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
