Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide fully remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The role offers a fully remote schedule with no minimum or maximum caseload, no non-compete agreements, and a supportive BCBA Success Manager to aid ongoing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
