Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid role combines remote work with one required in-person visit per month, offering flexible scheduling and a supportive team.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required.
• Nebraska BCBA licensure or willingness to obtain licensure required.
• Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians and oversee programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical compliance.
