Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. The role is currently fully remote, with potential future hybrid work and advance notice to clinicians.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress while adhering to ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for Georgia licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
