Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers.

You will maintain accurate documentation, ensure ethical practice, and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
