United Care ABA seeks BCBAs to join a nationwide telehealth network, delivering ABA services remotely across the United States. You will assess, design, and supervise individualized treatment plans to expand access to care for children with ASD and related needs.

The role emphasizes high-quality clinical work, collaboration with supervisors, and ongoing professional development through CEU opportunities. Flexible scheduling supports existing caseloads or full-time commitments.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be licensed or eligible.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Comfort working in a telehealth environment.
• Willingness to serve families across NY and additional states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide telehealth-based supervision and oversight to clinicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers and treatment team members.
• Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Ensure high-quality clinical documentation and compliance.
• Participate in clinical collaboration and professional development activities.
