Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services in Georgia. The role may become hybrid with state-regulated shifts and advance notice.

You will assess behavior, plan treatments, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress. Requirements include Georgia licensure (or willingness to obtain) and a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Eligible for Georgia licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
