T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking passionate BCBAs for part-time supervision with the potential to grow into full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active LARA License (if applicable).
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
