Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification with BACB licensing.
• Active LBA Certification in Maryland as issued by the Maryland State Board.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical assessments and serve as the first contact for new families.
• Conduct FBAs via telehealth or in person based on client needs.
• Select assessment tools to develop a comprehensive clinical picture.
• Design function-based treatment and level-of-care plans.
• Document level-of-care recommendations and payer requirements clearly.
• Coordinate with families to transition from assessment to services.
