We offer comprehensive therapeutic services—speech, physical, occupational therapy, and more—along with vocational training for older students. Remote BCBAs are an important part of the Ready Set Connect leadership team. They work with the Administration team to maintain the culture and professionalism of Gersh and RSC. They will support the company in reaching the long-term goals of expanding business opportunities while providing high quality services for the children and families we serve.
Minimum qualifications necessary for consideration:
Physical requirements include:
BCBAs oversee all clinical services for children attending RSC, including supervising staff implementing programming and behavior plans.
Gersh Autism offers a competitive package including:
Salary: $75,000 plus KRA bonus eligibility.
The pay range for this role is $75,000 USD per year.
