BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. This fully remote role may eventually transition to a hybrid model with advance notice. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. Georgia licensure or eligibility is required, with a related master's degree.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or willing to obtain it.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
