Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of sales experience in a full cycle closing role with field sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
• Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with business development, hunting and cold calling.
• Must have reliable transportation and live in the market served.
• Collaborative team player with Salesforce experience.
• 2+ years of payment processing or related tech experience.
• 1+ years of experience selling to restaurants, retailers or services-based businesses.

• Lead your market with field execution and a disciplined approach.
• Spend a large portion of time in the field visiting local businesses and demos.
• Generate leads, identify needs, deliver demos, and close deals across the full Square product suite.
• Build trust-based relationships with local sellers and partner cross-functionally for onboarding.
• Develop a repeatable top-of-funnel engine through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Sell consultatively across key verticals including restaurants, retail, and services and exceed quota.
