Job summary

You will focus on on-premise accounts and work remotely with a base in Chicago, supporting staff trainings and distributor collaboration.

The role requires at least 5 years in field sales or brand ambassador roles, deep spirits knowledge, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales or marketing.
• Minimum 5 years in field sales, brand ambassadorship, or advocacy with spirits industry connections.
• Deep knowledge and passion for spirits; agave and whiskey expertise preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends; travel as needed.
• Must be 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution and secure menu placements in key accounts.
• Lead staff trainings, trade education, and consumer experiences.
• Build relationships with industry influencers to grow brand presence.
• Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to execute market plans.
• Represent Heaven Hill at trade shows, regional events, and national activations.
• Organize and deliver impactful brand education programs.
