Job summary

Inviso is seeking a Backend / Platform Engineer for a 100% remote, client-facing role. You will design, build, and operate the core services that power an enterprise AI platform, owning APIs, orchestration, entitlements, tenancy, and platform APIs end to end.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with distributed systems, reliability, and multi-tenant patterns, and can design developer experiences for internal and external users. Travel may be required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience building production backend, API, or distributed platform services.
• Strong software engineering skills for reliable, testable services.
• Experience with APIs, dev experiences for internal/external users.
• Experience owning services through design, development, testing, deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate core services powering an enterprise AI platform.
• Own services end to end from design through deployment and support.
• Work on AI gateway, orchestration, entitlements, tenancy, data access, and APIs.
• Collaborate with client product, engineering, data and platform stakeholders.
