Qualifications

• Fluent English, native or bilingual.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python/JavaScript/TypeScript/Java/C/C++/Go/Kotlin/Swift/React).
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous software engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and work with coding environments, unit tests, and verifiers.
• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code and technical explanations.
• Evaluate model trajectories for accuracy, performance, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, edge cases, and opportunities for improvement in AI-generated solutions.
