Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Back-End Developer to design, develop, test, and support enterprise software applications using the project’s technology stack. You will work on APIs, data integration, code quality, and production troubleshooting across the delivery lifecycle.

The successful candidate applies practical expertise in APIs, SQL, testing, Git, and CI/CD while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions in a remote, full-time W2 role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a related professional role.
• Experience with the role's tech stack: programming language, APIs, SQL, testing, Git, and CI/CD.
• Production software experience using core technologies.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, software design, and data structures.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data stores, and testing practices.
• Knowledge of Git or another VCS and structured development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot defects and communicate technical findings clearly.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend components using the approved technology stack.
• Translate requirements into maintainable code, APIs, interfaces, or features.
• Integrate applications with databases, external services, and enterprise systems.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and operations teams through release and production support.
