Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, and building production-grade software with modular architecture. You’ll write eval rubrics, debug traces, and stress-test agents while delivering high-density technical feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: experience coordinating multi-stage tasks and external tool integrations.
