eSimplicity is seeking a Backend Data Validation and Performance Test Engineer to validate essential backend data systems and ensure high-quality performance across our applications. The role involves close collaboration with Data Coaches, Analysts, and Agile teams.

Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive validation on data from CMS systems, conducting performance tests, and developing backend test plans. Candidates must have 4+ years of experience and a public trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Must pass public trust clearance from the U.S. Federal Government.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend data testing or data QA roles.
• Experience performing data validation in large-scale environments.

• Execute backend performance testing activities including query performance analysis.
