Job summary

LaunchSquad is seeking a Content Writer to join the Content Studio, an in‑house team that crafts editorial and content marketing across multiple formats for technology brands. You will write, edit, and interview to translate complex topics into clear, compelling stories for four client teams and various channels.

You will partner with PR, content marketing, social, and creative colleagues, developing story concepts and editorial angles that align with each client’s strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in journalism, content marketing, or communications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an active portfolio.
• Strong research and interviewing abilities; translate complex ideas clearly.
• Editorial judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced env.
• Flexible, proactive, and highly organized; team-oriented.
• Experience optimizing content for LLMs, LinkedIn, and digital channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit a high volume of B2B content across formats (lead articles, reports, landing pages, social content, podcasts, video scripts).
• Research topics and interview executives/experts to uncover distinctive ideas and points of view.
• Develop story concepts and editorial angles aligned with client strategies and calendars.
• Plan stories across channels, from lead articles to social posts and assets.
• Build and manage editorial calendars, assignments, and timelines.
• Balance work across four client teams; communicate priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborate with PR, content marketing, social, and creative teams to ensure cohesive programs.
• Edit and proofread your work and others’ for clarity and consistency.
