Job summary

Future B2B is seeking an Event Manager to own the end-to-end planning and execution of live events, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee concept development, communications, registration, logistics, and technology, collaborating across marketing, content, and sales.

You’ll manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships, presenting post-event analyses. This remote role is based in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event production/management, preferably conferences or tradeshows.
• Proven ability to plan and execute end-to-end live events and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts (venues, F&B, AV) and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of live events to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee concept, communications, registration, setup, technology, and logistics across events.
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and sales for timelines and deliverables.
• Source and negotiate terms with venues, suppliers, and contractors; manage budgets and forecasting.
• Produce post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
