Syms Strategic Group (SSG) seeks a Full Stack Developer (Solutions Architecture) to lead the design and deployment of Azure-based solutions for Veterans Affairs. The role emphasizes secure, scalable cloud architectures, collaboration with proposal teams, and delivering compliant, cost-aware solutions.

The candidate should have extensive Azure experience, strong security practices, and the ability to guide teams through pre-bid, design and implementation phases.

Qualifications

• Proven design, deployment and management of Azure infrastructure and services.
• Experience with large-scale, high-availability cloud architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services (VMs, Storage, SQL DB, VNet, Functions, Entra ID, ARM templates, Monitor, DNS).
• Experience implementing Azure security controls (Entra ID, DDoS Protection, Firewall, Defender, WAF).
• Experience with multi-subscription governance (Management Groups, Policy, Landing Zones).
• Familiarity with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of complete solutions to meet customer requirements and enable competitive proposals.
• Coordinate with BD, capture, proposal teams to optimize solutions.
• Provide SME input to meet technical, schedule, and cost requirements within risk parameters.
• Design, implement, and govern secure, scalable Azure cloud architectures aligned with standards.
