Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leverage domain expertise to understand customer requirements.
• Lead development of a complete solution that supports a competitive proposal.
• Collaborate with BD, capture, and proposal teams to optimize solutions.
• Identify staffing needs for Pre-Bid and Proposal activities.
• Coordinate technical personnel assignment to proposal efforts.
• Mentor team members to meet policy and objective requirements.
• Work with Enterprise Architect to design secure, scalable Azure architectures.
• Contribute to new concepts, techniques, and standards.
