• Azure infrastructure design, deployment and management experience.
• Large-scale, high-availability cloud architecture expertise.
• Experience with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Synapse and Data Lake.
• Security services: Entra ID, DDoS, Firewall, Defender, WAF.
• Azure networking: VNet, ExpressRoute, VPN, Private Link, hybrid.
• Multi-subscription governance: Management Groups, Policy, Landing Zones.
• Cost management and optimization in Azure.
• Automation with Python, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
• Monitoring with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Sentinel.
• HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Encryption, key management, identity management with Key Vault.
• CI/CD with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines.
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, Container Apps.

Responsabilités

• Leverage domain expertise to understand customer requirements.
• Lead development of complete solution for proposals and pricing.
• Collaborate with BD, capture, proposal and team members on solutions.
• Identify technical staff needs for Pre-Bid and Proposal activities.
• Coordinate assignment of technical personnel to proposal efforts.
• Guide team on solution development, proposal writing and estimating.
• Provide SME input to meet customer technical, schedule and cost needs.
• Design, implement and govern secure, scalable Azure cloud architectures.
• Develop new concepts, techniques, and standards.
• Set objectives and goals to meet organizational policies.
• Mentor engineers/architects and foster knowledge sharing.
• Ensure solutions align with architectural standards and objectives.
