Job summary

Quisitive is seeking an Azure Security Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft security solutions for our clients. This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States, with a preference for Central or Eastern time zones.

You’ll work with clients and fellow consultants to secure identity, endpoints, and data, configuring Entra ID, CA, MFA, Defender suites, and CSPM while aligning security with business goals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Azure security engineering experience.
• Experience implementing and managing Microsoft security controls and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, identity governance, CA, MFA and SSPR.
• Experience with Defender suites (Defender for 365/Endpoint/Identity) and CSPM.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with customers.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft security solutions across cloud, identity, endpoint, and data protection.
• Partner with clients to understand security challenges, objectives and compliance needs.
• Configure and support Entra ID, governance, CA, MFA, and PIM strategies.
• Deploy and optimize Defender security solutions across environments.
• Help improve security posture using Microsoft best practices.
• Support endpoint protection, compliance, and device management with Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Configure Purview for information protection and governance.
• Leverage Azure Log Analytics and security insights to monitor and investigate.
• Develop PowerShell automation to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders throughout delivery.
