Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP seeks a Solutions Architect to own the Azure and Microsoft 365 architecture, governance, and cost optimization. You will define design standards, lead integrations with document management and practice management systems, and guide AI adoption and disaster recovery initiatives across the firm.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience including 3+ years in solutions, cloud, or enterprise architecture.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 stack including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, SSO, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Establish design standards and security baselines for new projects.
• Design secure integrations between platforms and document management / practice management apps.
• Lead architecture for Microsoft 365 E7, Copilot governance, and AI integration.
• Drive document management modernization and cyber-resilient disaster recovery architecture.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity for cloud environments.
