Job summary

Kraft Kennedy seeks an experienced technology professional to lead Microsoft cloud infrastructure, security, and collaboration initiatives. You will implement Azure, VMware, and networking solutions, migrate on-premises systems to cloud, and support enterprise clients through scheduled after-hours maintenance and on-call rotations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach, with on-site support as needed at client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT degree.
• 5+ years IT experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; strong follow-up.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support infrastructure technologies such as Microsoft Azure, VMware and networking technologies.
• Migrate on-premises platforms to cloud infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise support requests from Kraft Kennedy’s enterprise managed services.
• Perform planned evening and weekend maintenance tasks as needed.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Escalate issues to internal/external resources as appropriate.
• Provide on-site support as necessary.
