Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and support infrastructure tech: Azure, VMware, networking.
• Migrate on-premises platforms to cloud infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise support requests for managed services.
• Perform planned after-hours maintenance for clients.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation for support.
• Escalate issues to internal or external resources as needed.
• Provide on-site support when necessary.
