Experis is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer for a remote role that aligns with Eastern Time business hours.

You will design, build, and operate scalable cloud-based data platforms and pipelines using Azure services and Databricks, focusing on robust ETL/ELT processes and secure data solutions. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years on Azure, 3+ on Azure Databricks, 5+ PySpark, 8+ years in data warehousing/engineering, and advanced SQL design, with a collaborative mindset to support cross-functional teams

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
5+ years of experience developing solutions using PySpark.
8+ years of experience in data warehousing and data engineering.
Advanced SQL development and database design experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support scalable cloud-based data platforms and pipelines using Azure services and Databricks.
Build and maintain efficient ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data sources.
Design and optimize enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and modern analytics platforms.
Create high-quality, secure, and maintainable data solutions following engineering best practices.
