Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Azure Data Engineer to design and maintain robust data pipelines within the Microsoft data ecosystem. You will streamline data flow from raw sources to actionable insights, ensuring high performance and scalability using modern cloud data technologies.

You will work with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI to deliver enterprise-grade data platforms, emphasizing data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and secure data practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Experience building and optimizing data pipelines with Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and analytics within the Microsoft data ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI integration for enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end data integration pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Develop and optimize scalable data architectures using Azure Synapse Analytics and Microsoft Fabric.
• Write and refine complex SQL queries and Python scripts for data transformation and processing.
• Orchestrate data workflows to ensure reliable delivery of analytics-ready datasets.
• Implement best practices for data modeling and storage to support Power BI reporting.
