Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Azure ARO Platform Engineering Consultant to join their cloud infrastructure team. You will design and implement Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) clusters and develop automation for enterprise environments.

You will also create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, establish enterprise RBAC models, enforce security standards, and create runbooks for operational health and incident response while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cloud Infrastructure/Platform Engineering/DevOps.
• 3+ years with Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) or OpenShift.
• Terraform module design and development expertise.
• Solid knowledge of GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Azure Networking, Entra ID, RBAC, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) clusters for environments.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules for infrastructure automation and governance.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for application deployment.
• Establish enterprise RBAC models and integrate security standards across platforms.
• Create operational runbooks and support platform health monitoring and incident response.
