Responsibilities

• Guide customers through cloud adoption and plan/deliver AWS solutions with their teams.
• Build customer infrastructure and automate observability, monitoring, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Create playbooks, sample code, runbooks, and reference architectures for monitoring and recovery work.
