Chaos Gears is seeking an AWS Solution Architect to translate business goals into secure, scalable AWS architectures. You will lead technical execution, guide engineering teams, and own architectural integrity across projects.

Requirements include 5+ years with AWS, a strong DevOps background, and the ability to work with clients in English and Polish. Remote-friendly and part of a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience including data and AI services.
• Proven ability to design distributed systems and lead cloud migrations.
• Strong DevOps background with CI/CD, containers, and security by design.
• Excellent communication with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• AWS CS-Professional or Specialty certifications desirable.
• Experience in consulting or partner environments.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end, cloud-native AWS architectures and write high-level designs.
• Lead technical teams during implementation, ensuring secure, scalable delivery.
• Drive PoCs and MVPs, guide risk mitigation and architecture governance.
• Engage with clients in discovery, roadmaps, and pre-sales technical support.
• Present solutions and lead client workshops and solution demonstrations.
