Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AWS Solutions Architect to lead the design of a multi-agent AI solution leveraging Amazon Bedrock, RAG, and governance across a scrum team in a global delivery model.

You will own the technical face to the client, drive architecture discussions, and shape prompts, agent configurations, and evaluation frameworks while collaborating with security, data, and platform teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solid experience in AWS Solution Architecture with extensive client-facing enterprise consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, Agentic AI architectures, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector Search technologies.
• Experience working in Agile projects.
• Strong workshop facilitation skills engaging client architects, engineering leaders, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the AWS solution design for Enterprise Agentic AI builds and act as the primary technical face to the client.
• Lead architecture discussions and client alignment while shaping prompts, Bedrock agent configuration, and evaluation approaches.
• Define end-to-end AWS AI solution architecture for multi-agent solutions using Bedrock, RAG, guardrails, and governance.
• Lead client workshops and drive alignment across platform, security, architecture, and data-owner teams.
• Present solution design, architecture recommendations, and project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay hands-on with prompt engineering and evaluation framework setup during delivery sprints.
