Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an AWS Data Engineer to design scalable data pipelines and warehousing using AWS-native services. You will transform raw data into actionable insights while ensuring performance and reliability of the cloud data platform.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related technical fields.
Proficiency in building data pipelines with AWS-native services (Glue, EMR, Lambda).
Strong storage and warehousing experience with S3 and Redshift.
IaC experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for data environments.
Strong Python and SQL skills.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automated ETL pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Kinesis.
Develop and optimize data warehouses using Amazon Redshift and S3.
Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Write high-performance data transformation logic using Python and SQL.
Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality, security, and scalability.
