Chamber is seeking a Cloud Security and Infrastructure Engineer to build and mature our AWS security program and cloud infrastructure. You will own security architecture, detection and response, HIPAA compliance, and infrastructure decisions that keep our platform secure, reliable, and scalable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS cloud security and infra engineering in production.
• Deep fluency with AWS security services (GuardDuty, Security Hub, Config, CloudTrail, KMS, Inspector).
• Experience with multi-account AWS governance (Control Tower, Organizations, VPC design) and container/serverless (ECS, EKS, Lambda).
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce least-privilege IAM, network segmentation, and AWS security controls across accounts.
• Build automated detection and response pipelines using AI tools for fast remediation.
• Maintain GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks with the engineering team.
• Lead cross-functional security initiatives, embedding threat modeling into the lifecycle.
• Own vulnerability management, AWS security posture monitoring, incident response, and HIPAA compliance.
• Shape cloud architecture decisions around zero-trust and defense-in-depth.
• Review workflows and staffing for active care programs and summarize gaps and priorities.
