Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an AWS Cloud Architect to design and implement scalable AWS cloud and network architectures for enterprise workloads. This remote USA role requires hands-on expertise across AWS CDK, VPC Lattice, and multi-account networking to deliver resilient solutions.

You will lead architecture discussions, define standards, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive pattern-based deployments, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and AWS networking.
• Strong hands-on AWS CDK development using Python and/or TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability to create custom/reusable AWS CDK constructs and stacks.
• Hands-on implementation with AWS VPC Lattice.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure AWS cloud architectures for enterprise applications.
• Architect AWS environments across multiple accounts, regions, and VPCs.
• Define architectural standards and reusable patterns for enterprise AWS.
