Superside, a fully remote creative company, seeks an AV Scriptwriter to take briefs from concept to production-ready scripts. You will craft dialogue, voiceover, and on-screen copy across formats, ensuring pacing and tone align with brand guidelines.

You'll develop multiple directions, build strong hooks, and work with designers and producers to refine scripts based on feedback. A portfolio of AV concepts is essential, with agency experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Proven AV scriptwriting experience, preferably from an agency background.
• Portfolio of AV concepts and scripts, not just websites or blogs.
• Excellent command of English with strong pacing, tone and structure in scriptwriting.
• Strong collaboration skills and openness to iteration with creative directors, designers and producers.
• Interest in AI tools for ideation or drafting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Concept and script AV content across formats, from short-form social cuts to longer branded films.
• Develop two or three distinct creative directions from a brief, with references and a title approach.
• Produce production-ready AV scripts including dialogue, voiceover and on-screen copy.
• Build hooks and narrative structure that shift between brands, audiences, tones and platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align scripts with visuals and brand guidelines.
