Qualifications

• 3+ years of warranty administrator experience in a franchised automotive dealer.
• Deep understanding of the full automotive warranty process: booking, coding, policy and procedure compliance.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service through accurate claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Review claims for manufacturer policy compliance.
• Utilize CARS application to assist dealer compliance.
• Book claims and code claims accurately.
• Submit claims for payment and resolve payment differences.
• Maintain warranty receivable schedules to ensure proper cash flow.
• Keep certifications current and stay updated on policy and procedures.
• Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer requirements.
