ITW seeks an AutoZone Sales Team Lead to drive strategy, execution, and profitable growth across the AutoZone portfolio. You will translate insights into annual plans, manage forecasts, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.

You're expected to build relationships with senior customer leadership, coordinate merchandising programs, and optimize pricing, promotions, and new product introductions while coaching assigned team members.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–5 years of progressive sales or account management experience.
• Experience developing customer strategies and leading cross-functional execution.
• AutoZone retail or multi-category portfolio experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Own the AutoZone customer strategy and serve as primary contact for director-level stakeholders.
• Develop and execute annual and long-range account plans to drive profitable growth.
• Lead product, pricing, brand, assortment, and promotions strategy for AutoZone.
• Use data and financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate planograms, store activity, and merchandising programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, promotions, and new products.
• Manage budgets and evaluate program return.
• Lead broker or sales-representative relationships as applicable.
