Job summary

Total Recon Auto Center in Rockville, MD seeks an Automotive Blueprinter to prepare accurate estimates for vehicle repairs, determine repair needs, and calculate labor and material costs in collaboration with technicians.

You will document estimates with precision, support workflow coordination, and contribute to quality assurance and customer satisfaction throughout the repair process. Experience with auto body estimating and CCC software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience writing estimates for auto body shop or insurer (required).
• CCC estimating software experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and parts.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to write accurate, detailed estimates for vehicle repairs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with technicians to assess vehicle damage and determine repair needs.
• Review damage reports, prepare cost and labor estimates, and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization in all estimates.
• Support the team with workflow coordination and quality assurance.
